Default Ignition Trouble???? Please Help!!!

Ok, I have a 2003 Dodge Neon with a Hahn Racecraft stage 2 turbo kit on it. I just got finished installing the Crane Cam 0012 in the car. And when I went to start the car, it sputtered for a second and revved up to 6,000 rpm before I could shut the car off. And the car does not throttle down. So I attempted to restart the car and same results.

The car gave me two codes so far:

P0351- Ignition coil #1 peak primary circuit current not achieved with maximum dwell time
P0352- Ignition coil #2 peak primary circuit current not achieved with maximum dwell time.

Can someone please help, I have a Haynes manual, and its no help.

Ok, I got the codes to erase. And I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor, and still the car wants to run away. As soon as I start it, the car revs up?
