That was nice of you to do that and check that information for me. I've used what information I've gathered here and done my own looking and I am also 100% sure his vehicle doesn't have it.

The dealership is really being a major suckfest. The person we keep dealing with brings up that he won't make any profit on the sale if he cuts us a check... like I give a crap. He also said that, "that's what test drives are for", referring to us finding out that the car didn't have ABS like the listing said.

We're taking the car to a Dodge dealership to get a written statement from a technician that the car doesn't have it and then we'll go from there. The dealership we bought it from wants us to bring the car to them to look at, but I figure if they won't cut us a check when we have a signed statement from a Dodge dealership, I don't want them looking at the car to have any type of information to lie about in small claims court.

I'll update the thread as progress happens, and thanks again to everyone.

thats what i would do, take it to dodge for them to clarify and take it back to the dealership where you bought the car and slap the paper in their face so they can see it doesnt have abs

It's all good . I learn stuff all the time online. I looked at all the posts and the 90's seem to be popular for rear abs and drum brakes.
