Default Rotor and brake pad recommendations

Well by some of you know I have a turboed dodge neon and I am going to upgrade the pads and rotors. I am just wondering what everyone recommends for new parts. I want good brakes that better then just stock. Thanks

Ps. I have a 03 r/t with abs

I like Hawk HPS Pads. They dust quite a bit, but they work very well. I use them on my Mustang for some extra stopping power until I can afford a big brake kit. I believe MP sells the Hawk pads.

I have the Baer drilled and slotted rotors on my neon with some duralast gold pads. Car stops on a dime.

grcn7081, if you have 4 wheel rotors then yes you have abs. if you have drums on the rear then no you do not have abs

I just got a 2004 Neon and the front rotors vib bad so I want to replace them. Are they a pressed on rotor or just "hats" Held on by the wheel studs? 2wd drum rear

They are your basic one piece rotor held on with the lug nuts (brake pads too of course).
