Big question. Starting to get annoyed.
So this morning I got in my car to go home and when I turned on my car my windshield wipers automatically turned on without flipping the switch anywhere, my right turn signal on the dash is a solid green light, and my highbeam indicator is showing as well without them actually being on. When I start driving down the road and turn my right turn signal on it goes from solid green to the blinking green and starts making a binging noise like if you leave your lights on when you turn off your car and get out.
Does anyone know why it is doing that and how to make it stop?

First thing's first check all your fuses.
If they all look good then You most likely have either a multi function switch going bad or it could be just the relay.
We had a similar problem with my parents caliber it did all that you described and it wouldn't start, to fix this problem we needed to get the pcm reflashed. (under warrentee of course) I'm not saying this is your problem but it can be a possibility.
