Default best plug/wire combo with boost

so when i first boosted my car i used platinum plugs(few heat ranges lower) and still stock wires. Then after a while a friend told me to use copper plugs with boost bc something to do with detonation. Well now the car is startin to studder when it gets into boost like the plugs are missing and need changed. Im also going to upgrade wires, just like to know what you would recommend for plugs and wires

Since the Granatelli wires seem to not work on these cars, seems the NGK V-power plugs and the MSD wires and coil pack are the way to go. There is an active thread or two about this

If you better ignition components though, everything works better and can last longer.

i dont know why the granatelli's didnt work, but apparently i wasnt the only one that had that problem. im sure you read my other thread. i havent had a lick of problems since i installed my stuff. i picked up a set of ngk iridium plugs at work yesterday and probably going to throw them in this weekend, but now i have the v-power plugs in.
