Default need some friendly car care tips.

so im going to be going to this college here in indianapolis indiana, and for the first few months im just going to be driving to class everyday. its about a 1 to 1 hour and 30 min drive. called lincoln tech. well if weather permits me to drive everyday in my car its going to be averaging about 800miles. a week. now is there something i should do like how often would i do my oil change since im going to be putting alot of miles on. also tires,, do u think itll wear them out alot... maybe even switch to some non low profile tires ??

nah, you should be ok with the tires you got on there now, as long as your alignment is good you will not wear out your tires prematurely. and just keep changing the oil at normal intervals.

I have a 1.5 hour drive each way to school. Just do what you need to do at the correct mileage and you should be fine. It's the same as just driving around, except you just get the mileage up quicker.

If I were you I would get a DD and make this your weekend car. All that body work that you had done will just be destroyed in a small matter of time. Especailly your front bumper.. Get a 1st gen. I don't know about you guys but I really wouldn't want to put that many miles on my car a week.

If you driving all highway mostly if you use synthetic you might want to extend your oil change intervals to like 5000 miles so you're not changing oil every 4 weeks. Other then that, nope, drive on.
