i think i would try to say he hit me first, so it was self defense, Izero its good to hear a damage update. I would bring it down to about 1000-1500. Paint is whats gonna kill you. Hope there is nothing wrong underneath

Dang man you show a lot of restraint, I would have castrated him on the spot if he did the same thing to me in my truck. I had somebody do something similar to me with my last car and run off so I know how it feels, I hope it all works out for you and the guy gets what he deserves.

Yea... I keep going through it in my mind and its so much bulls**t that insurance companies immediately assume that its my fault b/c the front of my car hit the back of his... Most of the time they completely disregard the circumstances of the accident, like him breaking the law and passing me over a double yellow line... Its like he shouldn't have been in front of me to begin with... so if he didn't pass me illegally wouldn't have been an accident... really effin' bugs me... w/e if all goes well I wont pay a cent and my insurance hopefully wont go up and maybe I'll even get my car fixed possibly even get a few mods out of it.....
