Well... I was sitting in the left lane at a light where you can go straight or left from the left lane and straight or right from the right lane... and the traffic light has a turn left signal.. so anyways this Benz SUV comes up behind me and we're sitting there, so the left only signal turns on and im going straight so i dont go anywhere... so the guy behind me lays on his horn and im just sitting there waiting for the green so the light turns green and i go and the guy instead of making a left gets all pissed off and floors his Benz and passes me over the double yellow line... then cuts me off and slams on his brakes leaving me no time or space to stop or avoid him completely... so I ended up hitting him... after the cops got HIS statement... (didnt take the time to take my statement) he gave us both careless driving tickets... now I'm confused as hell b/c apparently me not making a left is "inconsiderate" and the cop felt that i was "egging him on"... so anyways heres the damage to my car....:-\








not sure if the frame is bent or anything yet... I'll keep all of you posted as far as whats up... its not lookin' good though...

oh btw I am completely fine... and there didn't look to be much damage on the other guys car... so cross your fingers for me guys... I hope to god they dismiss my ticket making it his fault... but this couldn't come at a worse time....

i was hoping he would hit me so i could have him arrested then I'd be in the clear.... but w/e **** happens now i just gotta deal with it.....

 

I'm sure his insurance on his benz doesn't cover wear & tear items like flat tires... which probably cost a lot on a benz.

still, that's gotta be driving you up the wall, the injustice of it all especially. sorry to see your car hurtin. on the plus side it all looks pretty repairable. and... if you're insured you might be able to wiggle some upgrades into the deal
a lot of cops are friggin afraid of people with money, meanwhile they profile whatever they consider to be POS cars. its pretty gay.

 

Wow, the paint peeled right off. Looks like 3.5k worth of damage to me, if your frame doesn't have any damage. Your wheel is scuffed,that can be fixed hopefully it isn't bent.

Was there any witnesses?? If so take him to court and sue his *ss.

I will not lie, he would of been in the hospital after i was done with him.... people can be just ****ing retards when it comes to driving.... i hope the ticket is dropped for u izero.....
