Sure several cars have had them. Mostly prototypes but it would be no different than multiple carbs. You would actually not use 15mm throttles as they would be way to small. You would end up with ones actually inbetween that and stock. The reason would simply be that your single is actually flowing most of thel time as you have for separate fill events during 2 rotations. You would only get one during 2 rotations of the engine as only one cylinder behind the opening. So it would be different not yet practical but not necessarily what a mod is about right. Real erformance would best be served by either going toward a power adder such as turbo/Nitrous Oxide or starting a real performance build and getting a professional port job to your head so you can actually use more air. Yeah you can add som efficiency with a proper mix of CAI and cams with longer duration on the intake but hey if you are going to spend that much money get headwork first. Remeber an enging is an air pump. More air + More fuel = HORSEPOWER!!! If ya done that already then play play play!!!

I forgot which sponsor of the forum ports the manifolds but I believe they port the plastic ones. From what I can remember there is also a core charge. Look around. It would probably be easier to put an RT manifold on a reg. Neon.
U don't really need a new manifold unless u are pushing crazy amounts of power out of your car.
Ex: Turbo or Nitrous

So basicly i would have better gains with a bigger t/b then porting the manifold. untill i put more mods on down the line.

I would go for a cam, intake, exhuast before the intake or TB.

The cam job is an expensive job (especially if u don't know how to do it). It's recommended that u get valve springs too. A cam w/ valve springs runs like $370 at the cheapest. The throttle body is around $300.

Just get the Under drive pulley.
Out of the things u just listed, u will get the most improvement on an upgraded cam.

Yes you can do it yourself and yes, you'll need a special tool to pull the stock pulley.
