Default How To Assemble Spoiler?

I ordered a Bomz GT Type S Spoiler for my 2001 Neon. It was supposed to include instructions, but it didn't. I have searched all say through many search engines and cannot find any instructions. I need to know how to assemble it. Trust me, pictures alone are not enough. The seller is taking forever to reply and I have to work all this week so if I don't get it on soon, it will be yet another week before I will be able to install it. Can someone please guide me in the right direction? Any bit of information will be wonderful!!

Here is the link to the one I ordered:

Thanks,
Daniel

Hey...someone else with a spoiler they are going to get a bunch of crap for having! yeah...just like me!

I really don't give a crap what people think, it's just personel..so just to give u a heads up...of probably the responses u will get..

I actually like that one, better than mine

on the question side...I guess the pics are deceiving, but it doesn't look all that hard to put together (?)...mine also did not come with instructions... mine was a demo unit and did come with a box and all the hardware, but no instructions... I also only paid about 50 bucks, but didn't have to pay the shipping... I didn't have too much trouble figgerin it out

Oh dear, 52in wide..............

You basically just measure to get the center of the deck lid, then measure the distance between the two mounting brackets of the spoiler. Lets say our trunk lids are 30in wide, so the middle is 15in. And that the spoiler mounts are 14in apart so you cut that in half and get 7in. You line the trunk center up with the spoiler center and walla. Its up to you how far or how close you want it to the rear of the trunk lid.
Don't forget to measure 3 times and then drill, you don't want to mess up your trunk.

Good luck.

Well I finally got it installed. I love it! It looks wonderful, IMO. It was dark when I finally got it installed so I will have to wait until tomorrow to post pictures. Oh, and I agree, it doesn't matter what others think, all that matters is if the driver likes it. I don't force people to look at my car...lol

I think it actually goes good with the car, but then again I like big spoilers.

Yea people tell me that it looks better than the SRT-4 Spoiler. I think personally that it looks wonderful with it. Then I also have all these people at work telling to take it off because it adds weight to the car. Oh wow...10 lbs.....who cares as long as it looks good??? No serious racing anyways...

I like the spoilers..
I have an SRT Spoiler on my car and love the look so I'm not getting rid of it, but I was going to buy one of those exact Bomz spoilers for my girlfriends Cobalt if only the shipping weren't $50USD before customs/brokerage.

Good choice brother

My dad told me that he hates it. I like the SRT spoiler, but didn't really want to dish out the $300 for one. Oh, and he also pointed out that even though I measured like crazy it is off by 2 freakin centimeters....thats when I cussed him out...lol...I told him that maybe if I had someone to hold it there while I measured it wouldn't be off....but where was everyone??? In the house watching TV refusing to help....stupid numb nuts.....lol...all they do is watch TV and eat....makes me hate my family....

Anyways I am glad everyone likes it. I have noticed that my car is starting to turn heads....people stare at it at red lights...it's kinda cool....like my hard work is paying off...
