Default Need Help!

OK, I have a 2000 Dodge Neon and Im trying to get it to run. It ran for a little while then it completely died on me. Since it's death I have bought a new timing belt, a starter and a PCM.

I honostly dont know whats wrong with my car. When it was running it had old gas in it. I still fuel pressure though.

The PCM i had put in there was pulled off another Neon. Do I really have to get it programmed to match my car? My dad said it should start anyways just like Toyota's.

What are other possibilies?

it should start anyways with the new PCM, you shouldnt have to have it reprogrammed, as long as it came from the same year... if you have fuel pressure, and you got a new computer, starter, and timing belt... it sounds like your not getting any ignition. did you take your plugs out and see if they are wet?

i watched the video, its firing... dude i would say new injectors or clean your injectors.. if you were pumping old gas thru em... i would just about say they are gobbed up... thats kinda what it lookes like in the video, your getting just enough gas thru to make it pop once or twice, but looks like your not getting a steady flow... try that and let us know what happens

The only code that comes up is the P1684. I have a programmed PCM coming in the mail today and tomorrow I should be getting my new Fuel Pump.
