That is wiring to the sensor, most likely the interal sensor where the wires go.

oh ok. so maybe I just have the wiring backwards somewhere thats why its shortens out. thanks for all your help!

You had to wire up your sensor? Isn't there a plug for it? Plugs usually only go one way... I am just getting to the point that you should try replacing the sensor. Undo the plug, then the sensor, put the new sensor on, reconnect the plug, and drive it and see what happens.

well no i didnt wire it up lol. ill try replacing it with a new one.

IDK, lol. Probably not very. *I* would not try it and find out if that's worth anything to you.
