Default SRT-4 Conversion for 05 Neon

Hey Guys, new here, but I have been here before, just not about these cars. Anyway, just picked up an 05 SXT with the SRT Design package with a 5 speed. I must say, I am impressed with the little car. But it does lack a little in the looks department. I was back at the dealership today and looking at an SRT-4 right beside a SXT on the lot. Now, I am wanting the front and rear bumpers off the SRT-4 and the side skirts. Does anybody know if these parts will just bolt up, or not? I am pretty sure after studying these 2 cars, they will work, I will just need the bumper covers and side skirts and hopefully that's it. Any input into this will be appreciated. Thanks

Yes they should.

But would you need the front bumber cover? I thought with the SRT package it already comes with the same front bumper cover

I don't want to toot my own horn but I am currently selling the FULL kit to do the entire swap to turbo the existing 2.0 SOHC using the 2.4 turbo manifold... if you want more info PM me or ask me here... more than willing to help. I had mine running and working and I had a BLAST with her... very reliable... sucks people can't DRIVE...

the motor swap IS a major PITA and why I opted to just turbo the stock 2.0. The hardest part was building my megasquirt...

I upgraded the fuel pump, lines, and injectors and after that just ran a megasquirt to control it all. Megasquirt is a stand alone, build it yourself ECU where you can control the fuel maps, ratios, and curves. Powerful little computer but a pain to tune. Thankfully it is not such a rare thing and people have some information up on the web you can use to your advantage for timing and such.
