If you replaced the ignition system, I'd say injector. But wouldn't that throw a different code?

Check your plug gap on cylinder 1? I recently changed plugs/wires on mine and it was running rough and missing and I got a code P0303, pulled the # 3 cylinder spark plug and it wasn't gaped correctly. After correcting the gap the car ran fine, don't hurt to check.

Question 05 misfire

i have changed the plugs and wires twice now and have gapped them. i have changed the coil and those both didnt help it i just dont understand what it could be and why does the check engine light flash when i am sitting at an idle???? i dont believe it is a compression problem it has a mis only when at an idle..

i would say the injector needs cleaned or replaced... cause you know its firing but its not igniting any fuel because theres no fuel to ignite... wouldnt that throw the same code as misfire? or would that throw a different code.... i accually wouldnt know. but if its not that, it sounds like its a short in your harness from the coil pack to the computer

our check engine lights will flash when the problem is occuring.if its not missing then its fine so its doing it at idle???

bad fuel injectors.i would try some really good fuel injector cleaner cause it sounds like you have some gunk in there.also run some premium gas with your cleaner so it really burns.just my 2 cents good luck
