Are the bulbs and/or fuse burned out?

LOL!? Look at the bulb and if the filament wire is broken, the bulb is blown. Pull the fuse out. If the metal wire/band inside is broken, the fuse is blown, or use a fuse tester to check.

Nothing against you personally, but if you can't tell if a bulb is blown, maybe you should take it somewhere or get a friend who knows a bit more about cars to help you. Electrical stuff can be a PITA, especially if you are not experienced with it.

your bulbs are probably just blown.

okay I changed the fuse that's in the fusebox in behind the dashboard...
I tried to check the fuse box under the hood, but I don`t find the fog lights in the cover..
The bulbs are fine..

What to do!:O

i would check the muffler bearings sometimes that causes the d ring in the fan belt to get out of timing.

Don't forget the blinker fluid. In all seriousness though, I'd check bulbs, fuses by the drivers side door, fuses/relays in the engine bay, multifunction switch (although i don't know how to check that). Did your fogs ever work or did you buy the car with the fogs not working?
