1 simple hose not plugged into the intake...

on the passenger side there is a hose that runs to the corner of the intake, i thought this was a power steering hose.... after tracin the hose down, found that it was linked to some vacuum lines.....

that is allll my problem was....

i hate my life lol

vacuum lineS?... plural?

how many vacuum lines are on a Neon... more on the SXT's?

I looked and looked and finally found ONE that I could hook a vacuum gauge up to on my SE...as least I'm pretty sure it's a vacuum line coming off the back of the throttle body (?)

..or is that cuz I have no luxury stuff?.. I have no cruise, no power anything, but do have A/C....

theres one on the corner of the intake manifold, big huge hose that runs back to the firewall and into like a canister of some kind then theres a couple vaccum lines on it... I didnt think they had vacuum lines due to the fact they bypassed the EGR system on most the 2nd gens, but yet theres still a couple lol
