No. There is nothing for 03 and up neons as of yet.

Yeah and its not worth it unless you're modding the **** out of your car. Such as turbo with lots of boost and nitrous.

Well it would be if it only cost as much as the Mopar and AFX pcms do for the earlier year neons. But any of the engine management that will work on 03 and up neons cost A LOT. Not worth it unless you have some serious plans for power.
