turbo questions...
I was just wondering for a turbo, is it better to collect the parts piece by piece? or to go with one of the kits like the chill factory? what would be better? also which would be cheaper? does anyone know every essential item i would need to build a turbo? the chill factory i see goes for around 3600+ how much would it be to build one? assuming i got all the best kinds of each part? Also would it be wise purchasing some of the parts off ebay? or should i just buy it piece by piece off different distributors?
thanks!

Is the chill factory the best? it seems to be the only one howell and modern performance sell...are there any other good ones out there? do you think howell and modern are probably the cheapest ones?
no other thoughts out there about collecting the kit?
thanks

You can build a kit for your car, but the chillfactory kit has been tested and will be proven hp. If you do it yourself you can get more hp out of it if you know what your doing, but if you don't you can damage your car or just not make the power you want.
I totally agree.... I'm right now saving up for the chill factory kit. I was first going to get one built in Southern Cali when I was there, but they were asking close to 6000. I couldn't believe it. I figured that it would be smarter to go with something that has already tested. You can always build off a kit, with bigger turbo, wastegate if you want. That's what I'm planning to do. Good luck to you.
