Default Cars running a bit better I must say.

I bought new spark plug wires and its running a lot better. Although at the lower speeds and rpms it isnt running too well maybe cuz I didnt get new spark plugs along with the new wires. I will once I have enough money. I got a job today so I will be getting more parts on my car. Anyone have any thoughts of what I should put on first?

A set of factory Champion plugs run like $9. Couldn't hurt. Check your air filter and PCV sytem.

PCV is postive crankcase ventilation. Helps relieve pressure in the engine. On newer cars, there is really only the valve and the hoses. Just make sure the valve is still OK and none of the hoses are cracked.

if you wanna turbo, try and invest in a good exhaust manifold, if you want good performance, but no turbo, get a nice header. Maybe a strut/sway bar, i don't know which one neons need, if you need a specific one, idk... Cold air intake or short ram.,better throttle body, theres a list of things that could be done to your car next.

On the 03+ (only ones I'm sure of at the moment), the PCV valve is on the right side of the valve cover. Not sure exactly what the one on the back left side is, but check both of those hoses too. Don't pull try to take the hoses off if you don't have to. I did just to check and long story short, the hose broke.
