i have a 2001 neon ES. when i shift to 3rd gear the RPM drop down to thousand somthing and when i shift to 4th gear it kick back up to 2500RPM. if anyone know what's going on or know a lot about ES please help

 

i am kinda confused, can u please get more specific? high rpm shift or low?

 

i think hes saying when you shift into 3rd it goes to around 1000 something rpm an then when he goes into fourth its jumps up to 2500 rpms almost like 3rd gear is 4th gear an 4th gear is 3rd? i think thats what he was trying to say
