hey what year is your neon low slow neon and were they a bitch to put in?

I'm thinking on getting this led's for the cluster and HVAC and I would also like to do it for the disfroster light. Today I opened the dash and started looking for a way to get the bulb and I finally did it, here I'm posting a picture of it so if you have any idea of what we can do to make it match, please let me know.
