change your o2 sensor.its a main cause for loss of mpg if your car runs fine.if the air filter is good and the spark plugs then this is your problem.if you have a bad o2 sensor it wont flip the cel which sucks but try the upper one located right behind your exhaust manifold.

^^^these prices are outrageous...i thought you can get a universal one for like 40 bucks...

either way it will increase your mpg..GOOD LUCK.......

No, it won't... that's what he mean't when he said " if you have a bad o2 sensor it won't flip the CEL" that means it won't trigger the Check Engine Light (CEL)

it has an "upper" one and a "lower" one.theres one before and i think after the cat.the upper one is right behind the exhaust manifold on the back side of the engine.make sure the car is warm so you can get the o2 bolt off but you dont want it too hot cause you'll burn your hand trying to get it off

correct me if im wrong about the second one
