Default CD player problem

Has any of you ever had a problem with the stock CD/radio player that comes witht the 2004 Neon SXT? I have a CD in mine, and it won't play or eject. The CD has played previous to this, and was playing till I turned the car off. The next time I turned the car back on, it wouldn't play. (But it does recognize how many tracks are on the CD.) Pushing the eject button does nothing, I don't even hear it trying to eject it.

The car only has 11,200 miles on it, so it should still be under manufacturer's warranty, but I bought it used. Does that affect the warranty at all?

I bought it from CarMax in northern Virginia. I just called the dealer, and it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. They seemed to be very familiar with this problem.

And, the radio's working again. I guess it decided it wanted a break. Or, didn't like my choice of music. We'll see if it happens again. Thanks for the replies.

before you take it to the dealer, unplug the harness from the back and when you plug it back in hold down the eject button, that should get it ejected. make sure you have the car on....if that doesnt work take it to the dealer.......
