2000 Neon keeps tripping fuses
Greetings, MOPAR Mates!
My 2000 Neon just crossed the 160K milestone, but I have had about two weeks of problems with the turn signals. My wife was driving it when she tried to make a left turn onto our block and realized that she didn't have any turn signals. I replaced a 15-amp fuse according to the label diagram in the fusebox, and it worked while the car was in the garage, but as soon as it backed out, the signals failed on their first use.
This cycled through a couple of fuse changes, and then I took it to our independent mechanic. After a couple of days of trying to get the correct turn signal switch from MOPAR, It worked fine for a couple turns yesterday, but fried the fuse again as I was turning into our block.
Any ideas?
