Mine does have the the rock guard or whatever you want to refer to it on the front. Although they only knock down some of the debris. I'm looking for kind of what you see on rally cars. My brother has some on his impreza and it looks pretty sick. I'm looking for that kind of look.

 

Haven't ever seen anything like that on a Neon. Me personally, I wouldn't care for the look but to each his own. Just don't put any of those Yosemite Sam "Back Off!" mud flaps up there.............PLEASE! JK

 

I would never do anything like that. That is retarded. I'm not sure how actual mud flaps would look on my car, but i might try putting some on there.
