Default need help with head gasket replacement

I'm somewhat experienced on auto mechanics, but never had a problem quite like this. dodge is somewhat complicated. anyways. my car is a dodge neon 2000, and the head gasket blew sometime ago and has been setting. I've done removed most of what i could in the front of the engine, near the front bumper, all the wires and computer, intake assembly. I've done pulled the balancer off but theres this big metal plate in front of my timing belt cover. and theres a star bolt holding it into place. with 3 inches of space between the bolts and wheel wall. what can i do.. pictures would help alot.

Place a jack with a wooden block under the engine oil pan near the timing belt end to support the engine. Unbolt and remove the upper and lower engine mounts. Then remove the star (#55 Torx ) The next step involves jacking the engine up and down to gain access to the three bolts that hold the engine mount through the front timing cover. The last bolt, the engine mount and the front timing cover must be removed all together. It takes a bit of manipulating to get them out. You will then have access to remove the timing belt and camshaft sprocket. NOTE: break the camshaft sprocket bolt loose before you remove the timing belt. Also remove the valve rocker assembly to avoid bending valves if something gets turned.

Here are some links that may help. I would also suggest getting a Haynes Manual.
