HIDs are best. But they are also expensive. I think the silverstars have a slight blue hue to them. I've heard nothing but good about them. I personally run APC bulbs, which are blue and throw out tons of light. But I would get HIDs in a second if they weren't so much money.

keep in mind that the blue tinted light.. doesnt reflect as nicely when the ground is wet. otherwise, just take your pic on whatever bulbs you want to use. i have some ones off ebay in mine too.. but they suck anytime its wet out.
ive been in other neons using various bulbs.. and while not "blue".. the PIAA bulbs have been the brightest, best light output ive seen yet with exception to HID

thanks, i'm looking for bulbs that have stock or better output but with a blue look, like HID, but if you want to look like it, you'll probably have to pay for it, thanks for your help

Not sure of the source but a friend of mine got HID conversion kit for his Caravan and it was about 2-300 dollars.

There is a vendor on SRTforums selling an HID kit for just over 300 shipped I believe. Check over there....cause thats a good deal if you ask me.
