Default removing the rear seat back

well the taillight seals went out and water got in the trunk so i took the carpet out of the trunk. and i cant get it to go back in right without taking the back of the rear seat out? i see the bolts in the floor under the seat but is there any other bolts or are those the only ones.

I'm pretty sure there are. Not too hard to figure out, just look around a bit. Doesn't make sense to have to do that though. Just fold the seats down to push that front part down, and then close them back up?

To remove the rear seat bottom cushion, grasp the front corners and lift sharply to unclip then slide it out. The back is held in by bolts at the bottom edge, remove the bolts and then lift to unhook the top edge.

there are only 4 bolts under the bottom cushion. remove the cushion by lifting up on it and you will see the bolts. i believe they are T55 or T50 size. remove the bolts. next you will have to remove the c pillar plastic panels by pulling them away from the exterior of the car. after that, the rest of the seat you will need to lift up and out, to get it to come out. be careful about the seat belts. and reverse this process to reinstall everything. Hope this helps!

You can remove the rear seat without taking the C-Pillar coverings off. You'd probably need to remove them if you are trying to take that flat piece off that sits under the window.
