Default wires causing interference?

i just installed 2 subwoofers in my truck and once in awhile when i open the door i hear the subs yet the radio is not on. could it be possible that running the power cable and the fuse cable in the same spot is causing them to interfere with each other and cause the subs to go off when the door is open?

The sub is grounded correctly and the fuse I have it drawing power from the remote keyless entry and the dome light is coming on. But when I turn down the bass on the subs it stops the noise.
