i have on order for my neon sohc sxt a lot of parts.
-stage three clutch
-aftermarket flywheel
-dohc cylinder with new valve train components
-crane cam
-crane cam gears
-unorthodox underdrive pulleys
-indy intake manifold
-obx header
- mpx throttle body
-custom cold air
-high flow catconverter
-msd ignition coil
-msd ground sparkplug wires
-Ground System
-accel spark plugs
-and im taking my ecu in to get it reprogramed
-fluidine radiator
-upgrade the trans and oil coolers
is there anything you think im missing im kind of lost on what i should do to my fueldelivery system and i want to no if they make and overbore stoker kit for my motor. im trying to get my time to a high 11 of low 12 without using nos or turbocharging

You're gonna need more then that for high 11s, low 12s. A lot more. Port and polish, increased compression since you're stickin with all motor. And I don't think you can reprogram you pcm. You'll probably need a first gen dohc pcm, and i"m not sure how that would work with 2nd gen components (i.e. all the various sensors). What you have would more than likely get you low 14s, maybe high 13s if you get everything running great and can drive.
Look into MSD ignition box as well and the the accel spark plugs will become less important. Also know that they are just rebranded DENSO (Formorely NipponDENSO). With an MSD ignition box you sprak profile will be compter controlled more accurately and then regular plugs will yield high arc over voltage and the ignition ECU will the alter ther rest for proper complete ignition. The best.
As far as going that fast you need to rebuild the motor. Add compression and a thorough head porting will be required.

I doubt your going to get to the 11-12 sec range. I think there was a 450 hp SRT-4 doing around the 11's (if I remember correctly). U wont get close to that amount of power. I doubt u will even be half that.
As far as your mods, I didn't see an upgraded exhaust system (of course u need one if u don't have one).
What cam are u getting?

Thats gonna be a tall order for a all-motor 2.0. You are gonna need alot more mods than whats listed as been said. You will also need to build your ATX.

but if you are dohc a dohc conversion then yeah youlld need a pair of cams and cam gears.

youll also need stuff like axles, LSD, and slicks.. and some weight reduction wouldnt hurt either.
thanks for the advice for those who did give, and for the person that ask what year model car i got its a 2005. but the question that didnt get answered was do they make a stroker kit for my motor and how much bore is it. my exhaust system has already been moded. and what kind of fuel system should i use. its going to be kind of hard to find a 2.4 liter. yeah and for the person that said a srt cant run an 11 or a 12. i stay in louisiana and we have a track out there by the name of gillam. its a srt out there runing a high 10 and a low 11. but he does have a stage 3 turbo from mopar
