i have no idea where is neon's computer located. please help and what is the best set up? i heard that if i buy bullydog computer and it will come with the setting plug but i still don't know how to set it.
Also the Coilpack, am planning to buy MSD coil pack and spark plug wire, also the Pluse plug. is these stuff will help increase power?
please help me out, give me some recommendation on what should i put. i wanted like 180+ HP and 170+ torque.

Aftermarket computers don't do anything for the Neon's. Everyone that I have heard of buying one has been disappointed because nothing happened. Pulse plugs don't do anything either. Just buy the factory plugs. And to answer your last question, don't expect any of that to give you any noticeable HP, if any at all.
