Save the money. Buy a decent regular battery. Taken care of and not killed often, they will last just as long. Hell, the Everstart Maxx battery (was like $80 when I bought it new and was/still is the top of the line battery Wal-Mart battery) has been going strong in my truck for...almost 9 years now? My Mustang still has the original battery from 2002. All about maintaining things IMO.

I'll go get the battery checked when i can. Last night i was driving and just the radio clicked off... None of the lights or anything went off, just the radio.. never had problems with that either

All sounds familiar. Then the car started locking up going 65 down the highway. It's gets better the longer you wait if that's the problem.

so it completely went dead again... took out the battery and went and checked it.. it's fine... put it back in and the car started. when i was putting it in i noticed that the positive terminal's C clamp wasn't closing all the way and i couldn't tighten the nut down anymore... got a new bolt and nut and it tightened and the car has run ok since...

Having a terminal that won't actually clamp on to the battery could do it too.

funny how the simple things you usually think are the hardest because you look too deep. but when it comes to a harder task its soo much easier.

While working with auto motives and electronics its very common to have the hardest things be the basics because you are looking too deep.
