My a/c just stopped working one day...it blew cold at lunchtime then after work all it did was blow hot air...any ideas????

 

might be the a/c relay

 

Have a look at the compressor pulley with the A/C set to max to see if the compressor is engaging. If it is engaging, then it’s a problem with the actual A/C system as possibly low on refrigerant or bad compressor

If it does not run it could be:
1)Fuse, relay, switch, compressor clutch or bad wiring.
2)Bad high or low pressure switch is not allowing the compressor to run.
3)So low on refrigerant that the low pressure switch is not allowing the compressor to run.
