thats because in the first picture the ground is not level and its really rough there so it tucks my tires in.

Actually it's the optical illusion of the shadows! Which makes like it's sitting low. The black rims matches the car...great job!!!!

What kinda paint did you use? did you do a clear coat?

go to your local autozone and get rustoleum rim paint, some sandpaper, and i used dupli-color clear, and primer. They are holding up great no problems.
