2003 neon sxt evap control problem

does anybody know where the evap control solinoid valve is located.the factory service manual says its in the front,but i cant find it.

It is under the hood on the driver side just above the framerail. Its behind the engine under the brake master cylinder. I think I had to get to it from underneath and it was still a PITA.
