Default code P 0137 no idea.

I have a 2004 dodge SX 2.0 with just under 90k KMS on it. I recently had trouble with the camshaft sensor about a month ago and had it replaced and it worked better after that. Now it is giving me the code of p 0137 which is supposed to be SENSOR 1/2 VOLTAGE LOW I have no idea what this means, what affects it will have on my car and what is can be doing to performace etc. If anyone can help me with this matter I would greatly appreciate it. I cant really afford to take it into the shop since I have been out of work for nearly a year and cant seem to find a new job but if I can I will need my car to work.

Thank-you
Matt

After doing extensive research online I found that the code seems to be "P0137 refers to the second oxygen sensor on Bank 1. P0137 means the O2 oxygen sensor's voltage remained low for longer than 2 minutes. This, is interpreted by the ECM as a low voltage condition and sets the MIL. Bank 1 Sensor 2 is located to the rear of the catalytic converter and should produce an output signal relative to oxygen storage capacity of the catalytic converter. This rear (sensor 2) sensor is less active than the signal produced by the front sensor. However, if the ECM senses the sensor is inactive, this code will set"

This to me is just alot of words thrown in with no real explanation as to the severity of the problem or how to go about figuring out the cause. I have read that it might be a clogged catalyitic converter, or lose/damaged wiring, a faulty or damaged oxygen sensor and there was 1 more possible option I just cant seem to find it again now that I am writing this post. I dont know where to begin on what could happen if I keep driving my car or what the worst of it all could be. No idea how much anything will cost me to get fixed or replaced or if anything really needs replacing. I dont know where the wiring is to check and see if it has come loose or if there is any visable damage or if I even can. I am at the point where if I have to spend money on my car I am gonan have to take my insurance off it and let it sit in the driveway while I make payments on it until I can afford to have anythign done with it. If there is anything anyone can say to help me resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
