Likely autozone, I will do it in a few months... when it's much warmer, now that I found it's been repalced twice.

That's pretty nice though! At least it shouldn't be a major concern ATM then. You can get a Gates timing belt kit and water pump online for less than $100. That's where I'm getting mine. Parts store wants about $300 for both.

Gates or gatorback belt?

For the gator back belt it's $60

Duralast Pump is $38

Gasket is $5

Belt tensior(2004) is $50

Serp belts are 20-30...

Just a bit of the way down, they also explain the interference engine issues, which is what the Neon has. This is why the timing mark can't move.
