Please don't go out and buy a part you don't need. Just because the filaments look ok, it doesn't mean that there isn't anything wrong with the bulb. With the computers in modern cars, they detect the slightest difference in voltage from these bulbs which activates the fast flash, to tell you a bulb is going out or is starting to show signs of going bad.
Ok good, well then I guess I will just go to the auto parts store and grab a new bulb, and if that doesn't work I'll start looking for bad grounds? Thank you for your input.

Ok, so I got a new bulb ($4) and that did the trick, must've just had too much resistance or something. So its all good. Thanks for all your help gents.
