Default 2002 dodge neon 2.0l tcm problem???

I have a 2002 dodge neon these dtc's are present p0888,p0750,p0700 It will not shift... previous owner had a cooler problem...how can I tell if the tcm is the culprit or the solenoid pack ..I invaded the wiring harness and measured under driving conditions; the l/r solenoid control ,2/4 control,l/r pressure switch sense and 2/4 pressure switch sense I measured only a small dc voltage to ground (in the 70mv range ) so is the tcm not sending the correct voltages to activate the solenoids or is the problem with the solenoid pack? In addition if Im able to find a known good tcm used will I be at the dealers mercy to create a marriage to the pcm? Thanks in advance!!!

get quality REAL scanner and pull transmission codes. the codes you got from the engine computer are not accurate enough to properly diagnose the transmission issues and you'll want to read data and CVI's to help pinpoint the problem. TCM failure is one of the least likely problems with these transmission issues

2002's did get the first round of electronically controlled transmissions, along with most of the problems because it was the first go at it. If you do end up going with a new TCM, go with an 03+ IMO. Anyways...

P0750 and P0888 are both intermittent codes that will cause limp-in mode and an MIL. P0750 is for "LR solenoid circuit" and P0888 is for "relay output always off."

Possible causes of P0750:
> Open or shorted solenoid circuit(s) between PCM and Transmission Solenoid/Pressure Switch assembly
> Open ground circuit
> PCM connector problems.
> Solenoid/Pressure Switch connector problem.
> Solenoid/Pressure Switch assembly.
> PCM

Possible causes of P0888:
> Relay failure (intermittent relay function caused by oxidized or contaminated relay contacts)
> Short to ground or open circuit in the Transmission Control Relay circuit(s)
> PCM connector problem
> PCM

The incorrect voltage could be due to a wiring problem, which everything is pointing to thus far. Time to start going over wiring, connections and most importantly, grounds, it seems...
