ok it dose not crank..by the key.i ck clutch switch,ck the fuses...ck the ground...strarter....pcm.....i have chang all them...when u turn key all the dash lights up..and u can here the fule pump running...

it was a 2000 neon..i put in a 2001 rt motor and tran.......if i put the 00 ECU in it..it will run but like junk...


to day i ck and got spark... so i jump the start and it turn over that way.... so then i put gas it the TB and she ran...

i went and got the Elec Cont Unit (ECU), w/o eng immobilizer; (black ignition key), MT, R/T, ACR

IS Dash Wiring Harness Dodge Neon for a 00 to a 01 diffent?? it all hook up right
WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT??? HELP ITS MY RACE CAR AND GOT TO BE READY THIS SATURDAY

 

maybe the key needs to be matched up with the pcm? like programmed?

First the RT has a diffrent head then any lower neon so your fuel/air/timing will be off. You need a PCM from the motor you bought to properly swap it.... or get megasquirt (but thats a whole new game)

If you really want help, retype all your above posts with good, normal English and explain in detail EVERYTHING you have done and EVERYTHING it is and is not doing.
