help wiring diagram

sup guys new to the site need a wiring diagram for a 2000 dodge neon jest find out the radio wires have ben cut help thanks a lot

I never could figure out WTF people are thinking by hacking the wire harness when you can buy a interface kit dirt cheap at wally world.
