To upgrade from 17's to 18's really isn't hard. You can get by with lowering springs with 18's. You just need to make sure you reduce the size of your tires. i have 225/35R19's on my car, and lets just say its a bitch. I had to a lot of modification to make them fit. I'm still having issues. What you need to make sure is you have coilovers or bags for 19's to flow right. I had to cut and grind the inner sub frame to allow for more turning radius, and cut and roll my fenders so I have proper wheel travel. There is a lot of time and money in doing the 19s. But then again I love my setup. I hope this explains a bit better.

Theres eibach coilovers also but the best are bcs and kws and I think mopar stage2 and 3s might work also. I have been lookin into 20s with some bcs or mopar coilovers for my sxt. But than again not to many flow with 16s anymore at shows. I would just do some 18s to be on the safe side with and the best springs in my op are on ebay the tokiko setup comes with both springs and blue struts run you like 300 to 400bucks shipped for the package.
