That is an intermittent loss of the crank or camshaft sensor signal. Could be the sensors or the wiring.

ok, so I went to the dealer and they told me the wiring for the camshaft and crankshaft sensor had to be redone, as well as the crankshaft sensor replaced because it was hitting the crankshaft and was beat up pretty bad. My question now is...they had said there was oil on the wires (which is why they were messed up) and oil residue on the sensors, and that my pcm might possibly be affected, and now the car still is not working right. When I punch the gas, it jumps as well as at 55-65 still...is my neon screwed?

If the sensors and wiring are fixed, there should be no reason the PCM is affected IMO. The PCM gets signals from the sensors to run correctly...
There are no codes (there doesn't have to be a CEL to have a code)?

Oil eats rubber. That could be your problem, oil may have eaten through your insulation. Check out the wires too and from each sensor.

No, there hasn't been any codes. I'm taking it back to the dealer in a few more days to have them check it out, again. They said they had already replaced the damaged wires. The only thing I can think of is if the camshaft sensor was somehow damaged by the oil after they replaced it...I'll be sure to post what I find out.

As a side note, on the receipt they had given me, they said "Unknown if PCM was spiked"

That's called "CYA" on the dealers part. Cover your ***. It's called they don't know what it is and they are just throwing parts at it.
