Hi all - thanks in advance if you're able to help. My favorite niece stopped over today with her new to her Neon, and it's throwing a few engine codes. P0443 and P0499. I know they have to do with the Evap Solenoid, at least from what I've researched.

Could someone let me know any troubleshooting tips, and where the solenoid happens to live in her car? It's a 2003 with a 2.0l engine.

Don't even bother..

 

Just seeing those codes makes me thing NVLD right off the bat. There are some other possible causes I can post up if you'd like though.
