Hey all.. I have a question.. 2003 Sx 2.0 A/T Car seems to drag when starting.. slow to turn over then starts ok.. about 5 months ago I had the alt. changed. Tested the battery and shows 10.22V when off and 13.71V when running. Is this normal? where it should be?
Battery is a Mopar battery, could be original.. car has just turned 160,000 kms..

Voltage should be higher than that when off. I'd say the battery is starting to go if all else is good. Voltage is low, which would cause the car to drag to start.
