I'm not a mechanic by any means. I want to learn how to install things on my car by myself without having someone else do it for me. Is there a good HOW TO BOOK for the 2000 Dodge Neon? I want to be able to install an upgraded cam, valve springs etc. without spending an extra 400 dollars for labor. I could use that 400 dollars to get something else.
