You NEED a TUNER to be able to run both of the things you mentioned!!! You can't just slap a turbo kit or nitrous onto a Neon and use the stock computer.

 

Well I know alot of neon guys that do on a stock computer with doing anything. I have an auto and going with an easy turbo kit from hahn . Going to rebuild my engine and do something to the computer anyways so tweaking with the computer is not a problem.

 

I found out just now on my other forum the head guy on there said you can get the ecu reflashed by the dealer but will be not different than you have it now. Dont do performance tunes and no aftermarket perfomance plug and play for ecus in 03-05 neons but you can buy a full standalone engine management system but will not pass emissions if your state has that.

Hey if you need help tuneing go over to nasty neons they are helping me with my turbo project more help than this forum seeing dt has not been on for awhile and neon on 19s has not been on here for awhile also.
