If it is just an accessory belt, you can just replace it. They should be replaced every so often.

How many miles are on the belts? Accessory belts wear over time and will squeal/squeak. They can do it completely out of the blue. Maybe it's the alternator belt and the tightness needs to be checked. If a belt is too loose, it can make noise.

To my knowledge, and guess, the timing belt won't squeak since it is a cogged belt.

The accessory belts you can do yourself in the driveway if you have any mechanical knowledge. On my 2000 Neon there is a tendency for the powersteering belt to do this. Look at the inside of the belts and check for cracks or a shiny surface. I mean the side of the belt that runs on the pulleys. If either of those conditions are present, I would change them.
