my lil sis has an 00 neon, and tha passenger side head light is screwin up. she's got brand new fuses and a brand new bulb in there, but it only works when tha bright's are on. it worked good for a couple days, but then it quit. low beams don't work, and tha amber light doesn't work when u turn on tha hazards and tha passenger side blinker. tha tail lights work jus fine, but tha head light's screwin up. i ran out of ideas, so i was hopin somebody in here could gimme some...ne body?

 

are they higher voltage bulbs then the headlight can handle because usually that could cause a burnout and when you installed the bulb did you wear gloves and not touch the actaul part of the bulb when installing because i had a friend that touched it and it burned out on one side only and when he redid it he didn't touch it and it was fine.
