RE: RAN a 2002 Sunfire
cavaliers push like 140hp, not sure what to the wheels and some torque close to that number, but it is heavier, so neons can rip it a new one. Oh and just to say, if anybody supercharges a cavalier, the car will still suck *****, a freind of mine did, before it, he ran 15.8 with other mods, after he ran 15.4. Not much of a difference for 3 grand.

Sunfires arn't a challenge and neither are cavaliers, there weak compared to neons. As for the exhaust you said you had a dealer extend the pipe to the clamp, with stock size piping? So pretty much you just changed out the stock header for the aftermarket one. I think i get it.
